Child Safety Standards
Tendra ("Tendra," "we," "us," or "our") is a dating and community app operated by Luemonora LLC. Tendra is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. These standards describe how we prohibit, prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on our service. They reflect our commitment to the Google Play and Apple App Store child safety policies and to applicable law.
1. Our commitment: zero tolerance
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited on Tendra. We act against any account involved in this conduct, remove violating content, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities as described below.
2. Adults only — eligibility and age assurance
- Tendra is for people 18 years of age or older. Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- At sign-up we record a birth year (used with zodiac to display age) through a picker that cannot select an age under 18, and every user must affirmatively certify that they are at least 18. We do not collect an exact date of birth.
- Our Terms of Service also require every user to confirm they are 18+.
- If we learn that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated data.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited on Tendra and will result in immediate removal and account termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
- Sexualization of minors in text, images, usernames, profiles, posts, comments, or messages.
- Trafficking, sextortion, or sharing/threatening to share sexual content of a minor.
- Any attempt by a minor to access or use the service, or by an adult to facilitate such access.
4. How we prevent and detect violations
- Automated moderation. Uploaded images and text are screened by SightEngine for prohibited content, including nudity and other violations, before and after they appear.
- Human review. Authorized Tendra moderators review reported users, photos (public and private), and messages (direct and chatroom) when investigating reports and enforcing these standards.
- Content filtering. Profiles, posts, comments, chatroom messages, and display names are filtered for prohibited terms.
- Account enforcement. We ban violating accounts and apply ban-evasion controls (including device-level signals) to prevent banned users from returning under new accounts.
5. How to report a child safety concern
Anyone can report a child safety concern, and we encourage you to do so immediately.
- In the app: use the Report option on a user, profile, photo, message, post, comment, or chatroom message. The report flow includes an "Underage" reason specifically for suspected minors, and a free-text field for other child-safety concerns. You can also block any user.

Reports are prioritized and reviewed by our moderation team. When a report is upheld, we remove the content and take action on the account, up to and including permanent termination.
6. Reporting to authorities
Tendra complies with applicable child safety laws and reports to the relevant regional and national authorities. Where we identify apparent CSAM, we preserve the relevant content and account information and report to the appropriate authority — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States — and cooperate with law enforcement. We do not knowingly retain CSAM except as required to make a lawful report and to preserve evidence.
